Fly Tying Gala and Rummage Sale

This coming Saturday, March 6, 2026, Frontline will be holding its main fundraiser of the year. This is a great opportunity to come support Frontline. Monies raised from this event allow us to continue our mission of helping those in need, physically and mentally, through fly fishing and fly tying.

Event Details

• The Elks Lodge, Blue Springs, MO 64014 100 NE Brizendine Rd

• The event takes place on the lower level, and entry should be made from the parking lot on the south side.

• The event runs from 1100-1600

• Food provided

• Cash bar will also be open to the public

Raffle

• We have three great raffle prizes. Tickets are $10 a piece or six tickets for $50

  • $100 gift card to Scheels

  • guided trip with Tyler Dykes (Show me Fly Guy)

  • Redington Euro Nymph Field Kit and a $200 gift certificate to Rainbow Fly Shop

Silent Auction

• We have several great items for our silent auction

  • A signed soccer ball and players jersey from the KC Sporting soccer club, plus tickets to a game

  • Guided trip on Taneycomo

  • A 4wt and 5 wt rod built by two members of Frontline

  • More coming

• Bids will run from 1100-1500

• Winning bids will be announced between 1530-1600

  • You do not need to be present to win

Iron Fly Competition

• This year, we will be holding an Iron Fly competition, where Iron Chef meets fly tying.

• Starts at 1500 hours

• Max participants is 20 people

• Cost to participate is $10

• Bring your vises; all materials will be provided

Rummage Sale

• We have a lot of great items for the rummage sale this year. Fly rods, spinning rods, bait casters, cat fishing rigs. A ton of fly tying materials, plastic baits, and so much more.
